Yes, we offer both brand-name and generic tablets.

We recommend starting with 25mg, as you can split your tablets and save money that way. You should never begin with a higher dose; increase gradually to see what suits you best. For example, the usual dose for Viagra is 25mg, while Cialis and Levitra are usually 20mg. The dose your doctor prescribes will depend on your age and weight, so please speak with your doctor before placing an order.

In this situation, please contact our support team and let us know about the issue. We will either resend the parcel or refund your payment. See our Delivery Guarantee for more details. Please note that if your order contains 100 pills or more, it may be shipped in multiple parcels.

If that occurs, you’ll be notified separately. The recipient may be asked to attend and give permission for the parcel to be inspected. After that, you should receive your products. If you have any trouble receiving your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

We will resend the product at no cost. There will be no extra charges.

You can use your delivery tracking code to check the current status if you chose express delivery. If you selected standard airmail, delivery can take up to 30 days. If the parcel still hasn’t arrived by then, please contact your local post office. If they confirm it has not been delivered, we will resend the order FREE of charge. However, if the original order later arrives after the replacement has been sent, we rely on your honesty to let us know as soon as possible. We always aim to resolve issues fairly and reasonably.

Trackable Courier Service takes 10–21 days. Parcels sent with this service can be tracked using the tracking number and may take up to 30 days to arrive.

If the order doesn’t arrive within the delivery window, we guarantee to resend the product free of charge or refund your money.

Complete all required order details, double-check every field and the pill quantity, and then press the "Submit transaction" button. If your order is accepted, you’ll see a confirmation on screen and an order confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address you provided.

Once you complete the form on the checkout page and click "Submit", the details are sent to our processing centre for verification and your credit card is charged. After the payment is approved, your order is confirmed and sent for processing.
