Delivery Policy
We offer fast, dependable and discreet delivery to any country selected by our customers. Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking)
For customers who want a quicker option, we offer EMS delivery. It usually takes 5–9 days from the date the order is dispatched, and it is sent via Express Mail Service. The deadline for this method is 14 days. A tracking code will be provided for all orders as soon as they are shipped.
Standard (Registered AirMail delivery)
Delivery usually takes 14–21 days from the date the order is dispatched. The deadline for this method is 30 days. Orders are sent discreetly as noted above and delivered to your mailbox. Parcels sent by this postal service cannot be tracked.
Weekend orders are processed on Monday. You will automatically receive an email once your order is approved and shipped.
Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday. Please allow 2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Large orders (more than 120 pills) will be split into 2 separate shipments and will not arrive on the same day. Generic and brand-name medicines will also be shipped separately and will not arrive on the same day.

Refund and Returns Policy

If you do not receive your order because you provided an incorrect shipping address, no refund will be issued.
If you are not satisfied with the effect of our product, we will provide a return address where you can send the parcel within 30 days. Once we receive the parcel, the refund process will begin.
Chargeback Policy
Please note that chargebacks are not encouraged, and most disputes can be resolved by sending a ticket or using our phone support. If you raise a chargeback for your order, you may be blocked from reordering not only on affiliated sites but across all pharmacy websites, which means you will no longer be able to place orders on those sites.
